JLL has made two senior appointments to its central London property asset management team.
Laura Maxted joins as director and cluster lead, while Amy Rance takes on the role of contract director, bringing the Central London PAM team to a total of 24 members.
Maxted has 12 years of property management experience across regional and central London markets and will oversee key assets and act as a surveyor across the central London portfolio in her new role.
Her expertise include managing trophy assets and estates for prominent clients such as St Martins and M&G Real Estate.
She has also worked on "several complex transitions and mobilisations of properties undergoing changes in ownership, management, or occupier structure" and played a "significant role in large M&E and Project And Program Management projects and fit-outs".
Rance brings 23 years' experience in Central London asset management and will spearhead key client relationships, including AXA at 22 Bishopsgate and Old Park Lane Management across London.
JLL said her background includes contract mobilisations, service charge reviews and a strong focus on client management, while she has significant experience in tower property management, notably her work on 110 Bishopsgate for Heron International.
Catherine Thomas, co-head of Central London PAM at JLL, said in a statement: "Their extensive experience and proven track records in managing high-profile properties and client relationships will be invaluable as we continue to grow our Central London PAM business.
"These appointments underscore our commitment to providing top-tier service to our existing clients whilst pursuing new opportunities in the market."
