Tribeca Quad Bldgs. Sell for $115M

Manhattan Investor Acquires 217,500 SF on Greenwich St.

The partnership of Norman Levy and members of the Goidell family, operating under the shell names Goidell-Regal Co. LLC and NFL Regal LLC, sold the office buildings at 443-453 Greenwich St. for $115 million, or approximately $529 per square foot. Shahab Karmely, a Manhattan investor, acquired the Tribeca complex.
