Investcorp Buys Four Points By Sheraton for $27M

Second Hotel Traded in O'Hare Submarket This Year

The Four Points by Sheraton Chicago O'Hare Airport sold for $27.35 million to Schiller Hotel Holdings LLC, an affiliate of Investcorp International Inc. The seller was Inn of O'Hare International LP. The sale price represents a price per room of $92,712 per room.
