Vancouver developers Bosa Properties and Chunghwa seek approvals to build 40‑storey apartment tower

A pair of Vancouver development firms, Bosa Properties and Chunghwa Investment (Canada), have filed an application to rezone 5978 Wilson Ave. in Burnaby’s Central Park District, seeking to redevelop the site as a 40‑storey apartment tower with 418 units. The new development would replace an existing 38‑unit, 1967-vintage building located near the Metrotown SkyTrain station and in the same block as Broadview, a new 295-unit rental building Bosa recently completed at 5980 Kathleen Ave.
