Gilbane Development Co., the real estate development and asset management arm of Providence, Rhode Island-based general contracting giant Gilbane, Inc., named James Patchett as its new president and chief executive officer. Patchett succeeds Edward Broderick, who was recently named CEO of parent company Gilbane, Inc. and had led Gilbane Development since 2014.
