Soho is enjoying a powerful resurgence as one of London’s hottest office submarkets, with a wave of major occupier commitments reigniting demand and tightening an already constrained supply of workspace. Companies seeking offices in the area said to be named after a 16th century hunting cry may increasingly fall on their swords.
