Bellevue office givebacks interrupt Seattle's sublease recovery

Seattle-area office sublease availability increased in the third quarter from a year earlier for the first time in more than two years, interrupting a prolonged period of improvement as large technology occupiers returned substantial blocks of space to the market. Meta's newly marketed Bellevue offices and Bungie's headquarters listing helped push sublease inventory to its largest quarterly increase since 2022.
