Third Coast Development Buys 685,000-SF Facility While Developing New HQ for Hart & Cooley

Third Coast Development Partners LLC of Grand Rapids purchased the Hart & Cooley headquarters building at 500 E. 8th St. in Holland, MI for $5.25 million, or about $8 per square foot, according to Holland Township Assessor's records.
