Ozburn-Hessey Logistics and First Industrial Realty Trust are teaming up to build a 500,000-square-foot distribution facility on Welltown Road in the Stonewall Industrial Park, in Winchester, VA. The facility will service the Virginia Inland Port in Front Royal. Construction is scheduled to commence in September and be completed by May 2007.
