Covington & Burling signed a lease to occupy 160,000 square feet on five floors of the New York Times Building, the 52-story office tower that's currently under construction. The firm will occupy floors 39 through 43 of the Renzo Piano-designed building at Eighth Ave. and 41st St. in Manhattan's Times Square.
