New Owner to Move HQ to 25-Story, Center City Office Tower

Grasso Holdings Inc., formerly Metro Development Co., purchased The Graham Building at One Penn Square West on S. 15th Street in Philadelphia for $35 million, or approximately $145 per square foot. The seller was the National Bank of Washington in Alexandria, VA.
