Sales activity in the Los Angeles office market remained subdued in 2022, making it the third year in a row that volumes have been restrained. Los Angeles County registered $5.7 billion in office sales, with the first half of last year seeing stronger activity than the second half. The last quarter of 2022 reported only $800 million worth of activity.
