WA Pension Fund Makes a Deal for Desert Canyon/200

Washington Capital Management Purchases Class A Building for $155/SF

REEF Desert Canyon LLC, a subentity of Washington Capital Management Inc., a Seattle-based pension fund, purchased Desert Canyon/200 in Phoenix for more than $15.4 million, or approximately $155 per square foot. The building was 100% occupied at the time of sale, with major tenants including American Express and Waste Management Inc.
