Preservation Equity Fund Advisors, LLC, a real estate private equity group focused on preserving existing affordable housing in high-cost markets and an affiliate of California-based WNC & Associates, made its first acquisition for its third investment fund to enter the Boston market for the first time, buying the Tammy Brook Apartments in Weymouth, Massachusetts, located 15 miles south of downtown Boston.
