CBL & Associates, a Chattanooga, Tennessee-based real estate investment trust that owns and manages a national portfolio of shopping centers, malls and outlet centers located primarily in the Southeast and Midwest, expanded its portfolio with the $43.5 million acquisition of Gateway Mall in Lincoln, Nebraska.
