Feldberg Capital has signed former Manchester United and England footballer Gary Neville's expanding sports and entertainment production group Buzz 16 for a London office and studio headquarters.

Buzz 16 is an independent production company that was established in 2017 by Neville, Scott Melvin and Diana Law. It has signed for 8,500 square feet at Studio 1 at Feldberg's Power Road Studios.

The group, which produces sports and entertainment programmes such as The Overlap football podcast, Premiership Rugby, Soccerbox, British Basketball, Le Mans and Class of ’92, is expanding from smaller space in a nearby flexible workspace.

Studio 1 comprises 30,000 square feet of studio and office space at the 76,000 square feet campus.

Feldberg bought the multilet office campus from Helical in Chiswick, W4, for £41.58 million in 2020.

It was originally built in the 1930s as a Singer sewing machine factory.

German investor Feldberg has a track record of London-focused investment ventures, including Akoya, a £500 million London neighbourhood workplace strategy in partnership with a global sovereign wealth fund focusing on sustainability, occupier wellbeing and local community. The Akoya portfolio comprises 750,000 square feet and 160 tenants.

Sam Arghebant, partner at Albany, which advised Buzz 16, said: "It was a pleasure to have represented Buzz 16 on the acquisition of their new Studio HQ. Their content is incredible, so it was nice to be involved as a fan as well as their agent.”

Albany advised Buzz 16 while Frost Meadowcroft and Hanover Green advised Feldberg.
