OL Investments, a boutique investment and development advisory operating across the London property market, has formally launched.
The business, founded by Ollie Lazarus, began trading in October and has now officially revealed its brand identity and website. The business has completed five deals across the acquisition and disposal space since being operational.
Lazarus, who most recently was a senior negotiator at London adviser Susskind, said the business had been operating thanks to "longstanding industry relationships, repeat business, and a commitment to delivering high-quality advisory services". Prior to Susskind, Lazarus worked for City fringe adviser Tarn and Tarn.
Lazarus states that OL Investments provides "investment and development advisory services characterised by market expertise, discretion, and seamless transaction delivery" advising private individuals, family offices, high-net-worth investors, investment funds and property companies across London and the wider UK market.
Lazarus says he formed the business in response to the need for a "more modern, energetic, and direct advisory platform within the property sector".
Lazarus has focused on retail, industrial, office, hospitality and residential assets.
