Lincoln Tech Acquires Florida 'Career College'

$43 Million Deal Includes 4-Bldg., 115,000-SF Real Estate Portfolio

Lincoln Educational Services (NASDAQ: LINC) acquired New England Institute of Technology at Palm Beach Inc. in a $43 million deal that also includes the technical school's Florida real estate assets. Lincoln takes control of about 14.5 acres in Palm Beach County, which includes New England Tech's two post-secondary campuses at 2400-2410 Metrocentre Blvd. in West Palm Beach and 1126 53rd Court North in Mangonia Park. The campuses include four buildings totaling approximately 115,000 square feet.
