First Industrial Adds Harford Dist. Center to Its Portfolio

Sephora To Continue Operations at 316,500-SF Belcamp Facility

First Industrial Realty Trust’s Net Lease Co-Investment Program purchased 4622 Mercedes Drive in Belcamp, MD from Harford Investors LLC, an affiliate of BPG Properties Ltd., for an undisclosed sales price. BPG purchased the building in 2003 for $12.78 million and the current assessed value of the property is $13.21 million, or about $41.50 per square foot.
