Allied Properties Real Estate Investment Trust has cut ties with another of its Montreal office holdings, selling a building in Outremont to Laurier Capital, Mondev and Foxmar Immobilier, as the three local firms collectively picked up a property that once fit into Allied’s long‑standing strategy of owning assets in the city's creative corridors.
