Grisham, Graham Join Dallas Brokerage at SRS Real Estate
A rapidly expanding national commercial real estate brokerage firm based in Texas has hired two real estate veterans in its Dallas office.
Tyler Grisham has been named senior vice president and managing principal, and Maddox Graham will serve as a first vice president with the company.
In addition, Grisham will join Managing Principal Ryan Johnson as co-market leader for the Dallas office.
"SRS continues to expand our team in Dallas as well as throughout the U.S.," said Chris Maguire, CEO and chairman of the board at SRS, in a corporate statement announcing the move. “As the Dallas market experiences consistent and impressive job and population growth, the demand from retailers only increases. Grisham brings more than 13 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in tenant representation on behalf of both national and regional retail clients. He most recently served as a principal with Edge Realty Partners, where he was consistently ranked as a top producer with the firm. Grisham graduated from the real estate program at the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
In his new role, Graham will focus on tenant representation and land development throughout Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. He began his real estate career at Ashton Gray, a local developer in Oklahoma City, and before that was a senior associate at Edge Realty Partners. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Oklahoma.
Okerstrom Joins Cushman & Wakefield Asset Services

Cushman & Wakefield has hired Hans K. Okerstrom as senior managing director of asset services in Minneapolis.
In his new role, Okerstrom will lead one of the region's top asset services and property management teams, covering a property management portfolio of 250 buildings totaling 30 million square feet in the Twin Cities while overseeing 130 property managers, building engineers and other staff.
He is also charged with handling client services, portfolio growth, business development and recruiting for the team.
Okerstrom joins Cushman & Wakefield from Transwestern, where he most recently served as director of property management and asset services. Throughout his career, Okerstrom has led the renovation and repositioning of over $450 million in office and retail properties and handled more than 3 million square feet in completed leasing transactions.
He holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation from the CCIM Institute and served on the board of directors for the BOMA Twin Cities chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association.
CBRE Hires Industrial Pair as Executive Vice Presidents

Patricia Loveall and Jason Rosauer have joined the Seattle office of CBRE as executive vice presidents.
In their new role, Loveall and Rosauer will focus on the leasing and sale of industrial properties, as well as office and land development sales, across Washington and Montana. The pair join CBRE from Kidder Mathews and are prominent players in the local and national commercial real estate industry.
Loveall is the current global president for the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and a fellow with the Industrial Asset Management Council. In addition to investment sales, Loveall provides corporate real estate services and has represented some of the Pacific Northwest's largest occupiers and owners.
Rosauer has completed over $3 billion in closed real estate transactions. In addition to his industrial and land sales expertise, he has executed several complex waterfront and marine-related transactions as well as consulting for supermarket and grocery clients.
Monday Properties Names Vosper Business Strategy Executive

Paul Vosper has joined Monday Properties as an executive vice president of business strategy in New York.
In his new role, Vosper will lead the firm's capital strategy and manage investor relations to support its growth strategy, in addition to working with internal service line leaders and sitting on Monday Properties' investment committee.
Vosper brings almost 30 years of industry experience in the macro investment, real estate, finance, smart city, sustainability, clean energy and EV infrastructure sectors. He has held numerous leadership and senior executive positions at global companies, including co-leading the acquisition of JuiceBar in 2018 and serving as its CEO. Before that, Vosper worked as co-head and COO at Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners Real Estate and held various leadership positions at Alliance Bernstein, RREEF and Pimco.
Cooper Becomes Managing Director at IRR

Independent commercial real estate valuation and consulting firm Integra Realty Resources has hired Clint Cooper as a managing director in the company's Kansas City, Missouri, office.
Cooper brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial banking and real estate appraisal across all major property types. He most recently worked as a commercial real estate appraiser with the Bank of Missouri, and before that held similar roles at Moore & Shryock and Southwest Valuation.
In addition to holding the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, Cooper is a licensed appraiser in Missouri, Arkansas and Kansas. His previous experience also includes commercial banking, loan review, financial analysis and serving as a commercial loan officer.
Kidder Mathews Promotes Bertenelli to Market Leader

Anthony Bertenelli has been promoted to senior vice president and market leader for Kidder Mathews' asset services group in Portland, Oregon.
In his expanded role, Bertenelli will manage assets, develop and direct the local property team and support client development in the region.
Bertenelli has more than 16 years of commercial real estate experience managing industrial, flex, office and retail properties. He joined Kidder Mathews last year as a vice president and senior property manager, and previously served five years on active duty with the U.S. Marine Corps.
Katz & Associates Adds Houston as Senior Director

Jennifer Houston has joined Katz & Associates as a senior director in its office in Boca Raton, Florida.
In her new role, Houston will focus on tenant and landlord representation throughout the region.
Houston brings more than 18 years of retail leasing experience in the Sunshine State, having worked with some of the top retail and restaurant tenants in leasing urban-core, mixed-use and grocery-anchored centers. Most recently, Houston handled leasing in Wynwood, Miami's MIMO District, West Palm Beach and Tampa/St. Petersburg with Tricera Capital, and before that was the director of Florida leasing at Edens, where she focused on leasing and merchandising.
Tangram Interiors Promotes Armesto to VP

Commercial interior and workspace designer Tangram has promoted Alyssa Armesto to vice president of Tangram Interiors in the Central Valley, north of Sacramento, California.
In her expanded role, Armesto will be in charge of sales and operations, managing the entire division and continuing to increase Tangram's market share in the area. In addition, she'll oversee customer service, develop new partnerships and ensure process and service offerings are aligned with market and client expectations.
Armesto joined Tangram in 2013 as a sales executive in Newport Beach before assuming the role of general manager in Fresno in 2019 and expanding her role to encompass the entire Central Valley region in 2021. Before that, she worked as a sales executive at Shred-it and as a staff auditor at Kushner Smith Joanou & Gregson, according to her LinkedIn profile.
