Birmingham-based commercial property developer Stoford has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of two directors.
Tom Burn has joined as development director and Ken Brown as project management director, bolstering the company’s capabilities across land promotion, development and project delivery.
Burn joins from Mulberry Developments, where he was development director. He began his career at Savills and went on to hold senior roles at Citygrove and EG Group.
At Stoford he will work across both the land and development teams, focusing on sourcing and securing long-term land opportunities and leading the delivery of bespoke facilities for occupiers.
Brown will support Stoford’s delivery of key build and infrastructure schemes nationwide. He brings more than 30 years’ experience in the construction and property sector, where he has delivered a wide range of projects across industrial, infrastructure, office, fit-out and residential developments.
Stoford said Brown has overseen the successful completion of more than 8 million square feet of warehousing and manufacturing space, along with major infrastructure projects that have enabled developments across the UK.
Dan Gallagher, joint managing director, Stoford, said in a statement: "These appointments reflect our continued growth and ambition. Tom and Ken bring invaluable experience that will help us unlock new opportunities and deliver on our development pipeline.
"Their expertise supports our strategy of securing high-quality land opportunities, developing new and existing occupier relationships, and successfully delivering large-scale schemes."
