Wells Buys 2000 Park Lane in Sale/Leaseback

Georgia-based Investor Acquires North Fayette Office Building from Computer Associates

Atlanta-based Wells Real Estate Investment Trust II Inc. said it completed the purchase of 2000 Park Lane, a seven-story, 235,902-square-foot office building located in North Fayette, PA from a subsidiary of Computer Associates International, Inc. (NYSE: CA). The price was not disclosed. Computer Associates will continue to lease approximately 25% of the building. Built in 1993, the building is approximately 64% occupied by Fisher Scientific Co.
