An investment group called Whitman Plaza LLC purchased the Whitman Plaza Shopping Center at 5490 Route 42 in Turnersville, NJ from Whitman Center Associates, LP, an affiliate of MLG Realty LLC, on January 19, 2006. The property sold for $5.4 million, or $82.50 per square foot, at a cap rate of 6.5 percent.
