DAI’s Corporate HQ is Taking Over Bethesda Place II

Firm Inks 11-year Lease to Become Major Tenant at 7600 Wisconsin

Development Alternatives Inc. (DAI) leased 90,000 square feet of office space at 7600 Wisconsin Ave. This transaction makes the company the second largest tenant in the two buildings owned by affiliates of the Polinger Shannon and Luchs Co. on Wisconsin Avenue. Bethesda Place II is a Class A, 209,397-square-foot office building located in the Bethesda/Chevy Chase submarket.
