IPERS Centerpark Plaza I & II Inc. purchased the Centerpark Plaza I and II totaling 203,922 square feet at 6815-6885 Flanders Drive, 6620, 6696 and 6730 Mesa Ridge Road and 10125 Mesa Rim Road in San Diego. R&D Portfolio Holdings LLC, a sub-entity of The Shidler Group, sold the buildings for $41.75 million, or about $204.50 per square foot.
