RB-Gem Management of Miami purchased the 12-story, 192,577-square-foot Douglas Centre, at 2600 S. Douglas Road in Coral Gables, for $50 million, about $260 per square foot. The selling group was Douglas Centre LLC, whose managers include X. Francisco Rosales of Trammell Crow Co. and Steven T. Levitt, CEO of Weda Developers.
