Ritchie Commercial Gets New Investment Expert

Carolyn Johnson Joins Firm's Oakland Branch

Real estate and investments expert Carolyn Johnson joined Ritchie Commercial Real Estate as a broker associate. Working primarily from the firm’s Oakland office, Johnson will focus on investment sales and advisory services. Most recently, Johnson was director of consulting and grant programs at the Northern California Community Loan Fund (NCCLF), one of the leading northern California sources for nonprofit organizations needing loans and technical assistance for facility upgrades and real estate purchases. “Carolyn is a highly-respected authority in the specialized field of real estate for nonprofits through which she gained a depth and breadth in investment brokerage,” said Mark Ritchie, president of Ritchie Commercial.
