Orion Real Estate Group, a Florida-based full-service commercial real estate firm, has sold the 16,000-square-foot Walgreens location at 840 W. Sherman Blvd. in Muskegon, Michigan, to The Principle Group for $3.5 million, or $217 per square foot. The deal included a 1031 exchange and investment triple net sale conditions that affected the final sale price with a 6.75% capitalization rate.
