'Meetings hotels' recalibrate as pipeline shifts to regional markets with lifestyle offerings

Hotels with more than 5,000 square feet of meeting space are equipped to host conferences and events. Typically, they are larger properties that offer more amenities, such as food and beverage, recreational offerings and transportation services, to entice group bookings.
