Laminating firm Platinum Converting Inc. purchased an 119,541-square-foot industrial building in Itasca Industrial Park, at 851-853 Expressway Drive in Itasca, IL. Platinum bought the building for $6.85 million, or about $57.50 per square foot. Currently headquartered at 263 Richert Road in Wood Dale, Platinum plans to move to its new Itasca headquarters next February.
