Momentum in the Leeds office market continued in 2019, according to CoStar’s newly released Leeds office market video. Although net absorption fell slightly from 2018’s decade-high, demand continued to outpace new supply and the vacancy rate ended the year at just over 4%, its lowest level in more than 15 years.
