Zamir Buys Harlem Apt. Bldgs. for $8.41M

Manhattan investor Gadi Zamir purchased two contiguous apartment buildings at 2492 Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd for $8.41 million, or more than $168,000 per unit. Red Brick Properties, a Soho-based real estate company that originally purchased the property in 2003 for $3.25 million, was the seller. The property also sold in 1999 for $1,113,000.
