Capital Development Partners announced it acquired 135 acres adjoining the South Carolina Ports Authority's recently opened Hugh K. Leatherman Terminal in North Charleston, South Carolina, where it plans to build warehouses and other logistics facilities needed to support the emerging e-commerce economy and help reduce supply chain bottlenecks created by the pandemic.
