The Algonquin Hotel, located off Times Square between Fifth and Sixth avenues, sold for $74.1 million after being on the market for roughly four months. HEI Algonquin LLC purchased the property from 59 West 44th Associates LLC, a partnership between Miller Properties Group and Global Holdings Inc., for about $426,000 per room.
