NYSDOT Inks $30M Lease at Hunters Point Plaza

Plaxall Negotiates 10-Year, 106,000-SF Renewal With State Agency

The New York State Department of Transportation renewed and extended its space occupancy at 47-40 21st St. in Long Island City, otherwise known as Hunters Point Plaza. The renewal is for 106,000 square feet, with a term of 10 years, and an aggregate value of $30 million, or approximately $28.30 per square foot.
