Logistics Firm Leases Space in Congress Building II

Eagle Global Logistics signed a lease for 90,000 square feet of flex space at 10960 N. Congress Ave. in Kansas City, MO. Eagle Global provides end-to-end supply chain solutions. Occupancy is set for Aug. 1. Built in 2003, this one-story flex building features a 135-foot deep truck court, 17 loading docks, one drive-in and a 28-foot clear height. Rick Watkins of Watkins & Co. represented the owner, Congress Building II LLC. Diane Deaton represented Eagle Global in-house.
