Miami Investor Sells 46,000-SF Asset for $9.6M

Passport Realty LLC, an Erie, Pennsylvania-based commercial owner, has acquired the Bank of America building at 13099 S. Cleveland Ave. in Fort Myers, Florida, for more than $9.56 million, or about $206 per square foot, from Miami-based investor Hague Inc.
