Demolition is about to begin at Bonnis Properties' 13-storey strata office building at 807 Seymour St. in downtown Vancouver, despite British Columbia declaring a state of emergency on March 18. With many residents now working from home, the provincial government has indicated that construction sites can continue to operate despite physical-distancing measures introduced to curb the spread of the coronavirus.
