4550 Cherry Creek Sells for $78 Million

High-Rise Apartments Sold to Pension Fund Advisor

Sentinel Real Estate Corp. purchased 4550 Cherry Creek Drive South in the upscale Cherry Creek Neighborhood for $78 million, or $270,833 per unit. The 288-unit, 24-story building was completed in 2004. Sentinel represented itself in-house in the purchase. Steven Rahe of CB Richard Ellis Denver and Craig LaFollette of CB Richard Ellis Houston represented the seller, The Hanover Co.
