Werner Fills Gap Space in Erlanger

Firm Leases 572,200 SF for $10.8M

The former eastern U.S. distribution center for The Gap at 1500 Jamike Ave., also known as 300 Gap Way, has its largest tenant since the apparel retailer vacated the space. Werner Co. signed a 10-year lease worth $10.8 million for 572,204 square feet.
