The law firm of Arnold & Porter LLP signed a 15-year lease renewal for the office space it occupies at 399 Park Ave. The 105,000-square-foot space comprises the entire 33rd through the 36th floors. The lease includes the option to lease an additional 50,000 square feet during the term.
