AlloVir Inc., a clinical-stage cell therapy company developing treatments to prevent viral infections in transplant patients, is expanding its operations in the Boston area after signing a direct lease and sublease for a block of office and laboratory space in the Bay Colony Corporate Center in Waltham, Massachusetts.
