Railpen completes first slice of Brum's Multistory office development

Railpen, manager of the £34 billion railways pension scheme, has completed the first phase of its 295,000-square-foot Multistory office-led development in Birmingham, with CBRE and Creative Retail appointed as leasing agents on the 27,000 square feet of retail and leisure.
 
The first phase of retail and leisure is housed on the ground and lower floors where the development's two buildings have been merged to provide eight retail units. The shops are linked by a 15,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor bar and café with a 2,000-square-foot terrace, an adjoining atrium and an 100-seat auditorium, that together will serve as Multistory’s social focal point.
