Plastics Technology Inc. purchased the 85,200-square-foot industrial building at 1550 W. Battaglia Road in Eloy. The asking price for the building was $2.1 million, or approximately $25 per square foot. The actual sales price was not disclosed. The new owners are a subsidiary of parent company Hickory Springs Corp., based in North Carolina.
