Tofasco of America Inc. purchased the Portico Distribution Center, the 72,032-square-foot industrial building at 9570 Santa Anita Ave. in Rancho Cucamonga, for $5.114 million, or about $71 per square foot. The building was fully leased to two tenants at the time of sale, although one tenant was on a month-to-month lease.
