The investment group RLET Properties Nova Plaza LLC purchased the properties at 980-1020 and 1100 Ken Pratt Blvd. in Longmont. The two shopping centers, known as Nova Place and Diagonal Marketplace, sold for approximately $9.25 million, or approximately $256 per square foot. The properties were fully leased at the time of the sale and featured a 7.5% cap rate.
