Ameridream Inc. signed a lease to move into 15,500 square feet on the entire fourth floor of 200 Professional Drive in Gaithersburg. The building is a 59,000-square-foot, Class B building owned by the Williamson Group. Ameridream is expected to move from its current headquarters at 18310 Montgomery Village Ave. in this year's second quarter.
