Local Investor Makes Purchase on Friars

Mission Valley Office Building Sells for $1.8 Million

Frank M. and Victoria N. Jodzio purchased 7050 Friars Road in San Diego for $1.8 million. The new owner paid approximately $170 per square foot for the Mission Valley locale. The 10,612-square-foot, three-story office building is across the street from the Fashion Valley shopping mall. At the time of the sale, the property was fully leased. The seller, Open Water Investments LLC, agreed to leaseback its space for nine months. Bud Marsh of Colliers International represented the buyer. Jack Duncan, also with Colliers, represented the seller.
