Camelback Esplanade Sale Sets Record

Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. Buys Towers I and II for $162.5M

Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. of New York finalized its purchase of the two original towers at Camelback Esplanade for $162.5 million or about $311/square foot. Sellers ING Clarion Partners of New York and the Oregon Public Employees Retirement Fund paid approximately $87 million for the property in 1997.
